Hello there, the 3 fingers method in an anchor for quickly getting into Alpha state. It's explained in "Silva Mind Control Method" book, by Jose Silva and Philip Miele.

I had trouble with O until I read your message. I now link O with October 15 because "15" reminds me of April 15 as tax filing day in the US. If you keep filing for extensions as I do, October 15 is the very last day you can extend filing
