OK one more question in all my technical manual questions. Right now I'm studying penetration testing but it could just as well be any other math problem or anything like that requiring practice.

I guess my question is you have your lab set up you photoread the technical manual. You start to activate it...

I was just curious does activation include actually practicing what's learned during the photoreading. Would you get yourself into state, spend 20 minutes practicing and then take a break?

It does, but I would photoread at least 24 hrs prior the exercises.
