Hi,
Why are others alike products CD or tapes are 70min or longer? Learning Strategies Co are only form 10min to maybe 30min.

Longer min better? Any help here?

Different purpose. Paraliminals are intended to help resolve a problem a little more immediately. If we know we have to allocate an hour or more for a project we often wind up putting it off. Afterall there are so many other things to do in a day.

A short paraliminal makes it easier to take action now.

Thanks, I agree with you. I some time feel down. These short booster paraliminal will help me back on track again.

Some longer CDs such as the ones Wendi makes have several tracks on them, each track being 20 min 0r so. It would be like having 2 or 3 paraliminals on one CD. I wouldn't listen to a 70 min hypnosis tape unless it was VERY good. I do have a few 30 min and even 45 min hypnosis tapes but I haven't listened to them in years. Having the tapes as short as they are is a good thing IMO. It is easier to put aside the time without interruptions on a shorter tape.
