Does anybody have advice how to link feelings/emotions with thoughts? It doesn't necessarily need to be PL related but of course that would help!! ;\)

Thanks,
Dan

I believe most of Paraliminals do this. For example take Get Around to It, which helps to overcome procrastination. Delaying tasks comes out of emotions like fear, anxiety, etc. The toughts can be like fear to fail, to be incapable of acting, etc. By listening to the Paraliminal you can hopefully remove the negative thoughts.

You also need to figure out how you are making these thoughts which are creating certain unpleasant emotions. If you know that they are let's say, because of fear, then you would listen to Anxiety Free PL and apply that to the situation that these emotions take over. Usually it's the same situation that we find ourselves creating these thoughts and emotions.
I am not saying that this PL will work for you, but by doing some internal investigation you can determine which one is best. Another option if New Behavior Generator, if you think you should handle your situations differently.
