Howdy All,

I've been continuing to do level one through level three exercises for the past year or so. But now my work schedule has changed so that I can not do the Moon Meditation in the early evening hours.

Is there any harm in continuing to do only the Sun Meditation in the morning? I'm concerned that the yang energy of the Sun meditation needs to be balanced by yin energy.

I've learned a lot from the folks on this forum and do appreciate any and all responses.

Sincerely,
Jay

I intuitively feel that you have attracted this scheduling situation because the sun meditation by itself is what you need right now

Or...balance it with doing the moon meditation some mornings.

Much Love, Shawn

Thanks Josiah and Shawn,

I'm going to try alternating between the Sun and Moon meditations in the morning. Josiah, I'm not intuitive enough to know which meditation I need the most, so I'll just aim for a balance between the two.

Sincerely,

Jay
