What paraliminals are good for when you end up doing too many things or seem to start new things when you already have things that you are leaving behind. I'm not sure what causes it, any idea? Is it discontentment or just not going within enough. Seems like it is more because of not going within and listening to guidance and so then one reaches for other things to alleviate boredome or other feelings...

thanks for any input or insight,
scoots~

ps... I should have titled this antsy... It's more like an antsy feeling like you should be doing something else but you end up piling up on other things. Or maybe it is a confusion of sorts. Anyhow look forward to your replies.... !

ppss.... Another thought is that I feel like I have od'ed on just about anything and there is a feeling of inertia and that things that I do do just don't feel right...

So pick one or all of the above and let me know what you think!

Oiy vay!!!

Maybe "Focus & Concentration."

Or, maybe you need a vacation from self-help??

hey! you are so right. I think I'm a little bored with it all... It's all about being anyway, doncha think? I do have that PL though so I was thinking about trying that anyway, if I flow in that direction. One thing that is helping me is I am letting go of a relationship that I wasn't willing to let go of and that is helping...

cheers! scoots...

let us know how you do on the seeds of enlightenment on the thread that is going here. That one I think I would resonate with if I didn't go too far into orbit and could still handle a job, that is.... lol!
