I've thought about blip page and it came to mind , could it be almost the same state of eyes relaxation like when you look at the stereogramms, you know sort of 3D pictures?

I find it very helpful for eyes.

Absolutely, that's why in the photoreading manual there is a 3d stereogram picture and why they recommend that book that's filled with them (can't remember what it's called) in their recommended reading section of this website.

That's the type of relaxation you should get.

this idea with the stereogramms is great. After one day of practicing I can keep the blip page all the time and the words on the pages are sort of bulging exactly as Paul describes.

my question about mindmap is the same. when should I write it during the activation or after?

You can start it before activation and complete it after, or you can start it and complete it after activation.

I usually do the latter.
