I start my SFQ exercise in the morning. Question is: my right leg get's cramped after my SFQ excercise. I have to walk around the house to loosen it.
I tried SFQ exercise sitting down and still get my leg cramped.

Do you have any advice? Any student of SFQ had this problem?

Aloha kevin50,

When does it start cramping?

You can continue and allow the channels to open up, or you can start simply, and not raise your legs during the Seven Steps exercise.

Relax during the exercises - it's like riding a bike, when you start off, you are in your head and using more muscles than what's required. After while you are more in your body as it and your mind relaxes and goes with the flow and feeling, rather than not falling / doing it right.

Hi Shawn,

Thank you for your response.

The first three excercises, I have my legs lightly bend at the knees, for 20 minutes. Then I feel a cramp (charly horse) on my right thigh.

I've been excercising now with my legs gently bending up and down. It seem's to work.

I welcome any comments.

Thanks
Kevin

Aloha kevin50,

That can shift as you build your kidney energy and continue becoming more comfortable with the exercises.

Much Love,

Shawn
