Great meeting another Torontonian on the board! I too, came here straight from the second survey. Glad that I was of some help to you.
By the way, I also live in North York, even though I work in the downtown core.
There aren't many 'poor souls' here on Bay Street, though. I mean this in the technical sense. It has been bad here in terems of the layoffs, but these 'poor souls' aren't here on the Street anymore. That said, I must report that things are looking up, and it's much better than it used to be.
