Stop being 'scared' and run with it.

If you are well rested and still sleepy, stand up, walk around pet a dog or something else very grounding. Go put your naked feet in the dirt. Find a very grounded friend and hang out with them.

Get a negative ion machine and post it in your room.

Drop the temperature, stay physically 'uncomfortable'.

Do not eat a heavy or big meal. Eat very dark chocolate.

Drink alkaline water.

Put on a little discordant music and exercise some.

You can keep your bodies together with focus and will power.

Affirm often; 'I AM One, Whole and beautifully complete'

Kind Regards!

I send you a blessing!!

Some kind of refreshment would help e.g. go jogging regularly.

How long do you PhotoRead on the computer for.

I've had a couple of students fall asleep in my classes during PhotoReading. They needed four or five reminders to turn the pages faster. Then stand up and do some cross crawls.

Since PhotoReading a book on the computer would take 30 seconds to 3 minutes for 1000 pages, what are you doing so long that you start falling asleep?
