Has anyone tried this? Or atleast there own self hypnosis tape? I would think that if you could get down how to use your voice and how to use words you could really do something neat.
I have a 4 track tape recorder, any suggestions? Anybody experienced this?

Yes, it's easier if you use a software program to overlay multiple tracks and that has a separate volume control for each track. It performs the function of a hardware audio mixer.

You may record your own voice to disk and use that or you could use existing tracks from a tape or CD or both. You can then overlay a track created using BWGEN so that you have binaural beat frequencies embedded.

I have also used text-to-speech software to create voice tracks for this purpose. If you need masking sounds, there are numerous sound effects available. If you're also a musician, you can create your own music or use music creation software, drum machines, etc.

Try using the 60 bpm rate like the Lozanov or Superlearning protocols if you want to learn new material or enhance personal development goals.

You can develop your own programs that are more powerful than anything on the market at a much lower cost. Who needs Centerpointe ? You're only limited by your imagination.

I've made my own hypnosis tapes years ago when I was still new at this. One was a general purpose tape and the other was for Deep Trance Identification. They were nothing fancy, all I did was write a script and read it into a regular tape recorder.
