What did Marci say in her book about sleep

I let my friend borrow my book and I am trying to remember what Marci said in her book about sleep something about going to bed at a certain time i think it was a study she said someone suggested going to sleep at a certain time for a week and u will feel the diffrence. Please help. Thanks

It is common knowledge that everybody should go to bed by 10 pm.

yes but in the book she said something about a study and going to sleep at a certain hour for a week and you will notice the diffrence

Just a note of caution: Marci is obviously not a scientist. She likes to quote studies that support her position without looking very hard at whether they are good science. But I love the book. :-)
