Hello. I was wondering if SFQ can help with my sleep apnea/snoring. I was recently diagnosed and I'm having problems getting used to the CPAP machine/mask that I need to wear to treat my apnea. Any help would be appreciated.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I could not wear the CPAP mask: kept taking it off in the middle of the night in my sleep.

I do not know if the SFQ has "healed" my apnea. I do know I sleep better since practicing it. And it helps if I do a little before I go to sleep: 15 minutes of Active and a meditation usually helps me a lot.

I agree with you shakurav about the benefits of meditation for sleep problems. I had a house fire on June 12 and they are rebuilding my house and I'm living at an efficiency for almost 3 months now. I have had problems sleeping almost every night since the fire because I am frustrated with all the construction errors and problems they are having.

I have used "Small Universe" almost every night when I wake up. I listen for 30 minutes and I fall soundly asleep until the next morning.

Hi,
I came across this random little notation I made in my SFQ qigong notes. " Snoring: base of skull, send message " stop snoring". ! -gallen
