Oh this post answers one of my questions on which CD to use for goals. I'm working on the following goals right now:
1) Release 20 pounds. Weigh 130 pounds, feel healhier, stronger, sexier wearing size 4 bootcut jeans and hot leather boots by Thanksgiving Day :-) Keep it off!
-Break the habit, Ideal weight
2) Start my business and attract a passive income of over $10,000 per month.
-I can use Get Around it, Belief, Self-Esteem, Sales Leap
I just ordered the 8-set Paraliminals. Is there a sched/order/calendar rotation for the CDs that comes with it?
How many Paraminal can you listen to healthily per day WITHOUT getting too much.
