I have read some messages on this forum about Les Fehmi's open focus technique. I am wondering if it is possible to use his cd's while driving without being too destracted to drive. I got through the Sedona Method set several times while driving and did not have any accidents!

I personally would not drive while learning Open Focus since it makes you very relaxed, and may disable your ability to respond to events quickly. As you get more advanced, the course teaches you to apply the technique while participating in everyday activities. In fact, Dr Fehmi mentioned that he often drives in the Open Focus state while taking long trips by car!
