What would be the best paralminal for forgiving others...mainly family members for me.

I do not know how one can differentiate the effects of the paraliminals , they all have calming effects but i do not notice any particular area of emotions being changed!?
I too hope to find the answer to this. I do know that setting our intentions first, it leads in that direction. Yes? namaste'

When the thoughts pop up yell out STOPPP!! CANCEL CLEAR I usually drive off let them pop up then do this so nobody will call the police or think I am crazy.
NLP works great too because when you reverse the then play back the scenes that are causing the unforgiveness it scrambles up the codes imprinted it your brain.

Positive Relationship is what you can use along with any forgiveness exercise you might be doing.
