Great questsion. Let's see, what is the first thing you notice about the leather? Is there a specific color? I would definitely think that a red leather coat would be all about fire. Blue is symbolic of water and brown wood. When considering the nature and essence of a cow, I would think they are very earth oriented.

In this case, what do you notice first when you encounter the leather in question?

Also, I just found here in the course itslef, Marie has a listing of various fabrics, Level 2 page 21. Leather and polyester are associated with fire, so plan color accordingly.
