If it's for someone else, do the healing steps as shown in the Level Two course. If it's for yourself, do the Level One exercises and work on yourself in the mirror, following the steps found in level two. Even the sword fingers technique found in Level One can be used to reduce swelling, size, and even presence of excess materials in the body. Wok on the good arm/foot first, the the one that needs the correct message.
