When you meditate, is it the mouth open when inhaling, and the mouth closed when exhaling?
How should the breathing be best practiced?

The bouncing at the beginning of your practice is done with a nose inhale and mouth exhale.

When you take your three breaths at the beginning of your exercise/meditation, inhale through your nose, exhaling through your nose. From then on inhale and exhale through your nose unless directed differently.
