I have been using the paraliminals for over a year. This morning I listened to Deep Relaxation and went back to sleep.

I had a dream that was short and different than any dream I have ever had. It was like I was experiencing a reality that was greater than any reality I have ever experienced.

I saw a winter scene, with clear and vivid colors and I experienced a sense of reality I cannot describe. It was void of feelings or thoughts. But I knew it was more real than real, if that makes any sense. The picture broke up and was veiled over as soon as a realized it was a dream.

I don't know what to make of it, except that it may have been showing me what my brain is capable of. Any thoughts?

Isn't it strange how we as humans need to name everything to explain it to make it real?

What you had was an experience beyond what you can usually label. It might be good to just appreciate the experience so the experience can reveal itself to you in it's own way rather than something that has been explained and labeled?
