Hello Everyone,

About five years ago I had a Stroke, spent six weeks in the
hospital learning how to walk, talk etc-
I havent been able to walk for more than half a block, because
of the pain in my legs I will have to sit down for 10 min.
About nine days ago I Recieved SFQ-Level One.
Two days reading and learing the exercises and then seven days
actually doing them.
Today, when I was finished I sat down and my feet and legs
felt tingley.
So I went for a walk. I managed a whole block without pain.
I then sat down and said Thank You Master Lin.
I will keep you posted about my progress. Who knows I might
even be running soon

Congratulations!

One of the main reasons why I decided to do SFQ is because of all the testimonies, and recommendations that Master Lin receives.

I hope you continue to have success.

Fantastic! I love hearing stories like this. Did you know that Chunyi Lin invites people to post their healing stories on his Facebook space at http://www.facebook.com/SpringForestQigong ? It’s under “Discussions”.

Thanks and good luck with your ongoing healing
Jo
