hi,

My right ear is blocked up at the moment (nothing serious), but it means that i can't hear as good out of it as my left one.

i haven't listened to a paraliminal since i noticed it.

how would this affect me if i did?

Paraliminals will still work. The second voice is heard in the background in each ear. It's softer and picked up by both hemispheres of the brain. The only thing you might notice is you're more aware what the one voice is saying.
