Hi All,

I am a(n alernative) medical professional and have a private practice. I should be studying on an ongoing basis to not just master my field of study but also to keep myself updated with the latest developments in it, which I know would be extremely helpful to me in not just be confident with my skill but would also help my business & finances wise, but I am not able to due to several reasons:

1. So many other things to do whch pull me in every which direction.
2. Being overwhelmed by the sheer amount of learning I could possibly do.
3. Lack of burning desire to sit down and study.

Which paraliminals would help and how I should use them?

Thanks for your help !
