Hi Guys

As you know we put our tongues to the roof of our mouths to connect the front and back channels. Is there a reason for or against maintaining this connection?

cheers

Aloha PeterHursey,

Other than people not being able to understand you when you speak, it's not an issue to have the tongue touching the roof of your mouth when you aren't doing formal Qigong exercises or meditations.
