I been listening to the prosperity paraliminal on sleep track for about 3 weeks now I find myself starting to redirect my bad thoughts automatically and asking myself what do I want to think about instead.

The feeling happened as soon as I realized how easy it has become for me to redirect my thoughts. It was like I flipped a switch to the on position.I guess it would feel like you are strong magnetic above a piece of metal picking the metal up. But I did not have objects flying at me smirk
