Hello.
I must admit that I neglegted my QiGong practice for weeks.
Two nights ago my throat started to ache and I developed a severe cold. Yesterday I slept the entire day, but today I decided to do at least some rounds of the Small Universe meditation. Interestingly enough, I feel much better, more vibrant, not yet completely recovered but I am quite sure that some more sessions of this meditation throughout the day and I will be fine. It's amazing how the energy builds up inside of you. WoW!
