I've been practicing Spring Forest Quigong for about 10 days now, primarily to deal with a hip problem that I have developed. After a few days of practicing, the problem practically disappeared; now it has returned again. Any thoughts on this would be welcome.
Thanks, Shane

If you are practicing 'correctly' this is not unusual. There is a cleansing process that happens in everyone. Sometimes the problem you began Qigong to 'fix' doesn't change much because the Qi is resolving other more important problems first. Or it can go away for a while and come back. Or you can get a lot of cold and flu symptoms as your body begins to heal. There is no one way for everyone.

Assuming you are practicing correctly just continue to practice as much as you can. Focus on the emptiness, the deep peace you feel during and after the practice. Don't go 'looking' for the symptom/pain during practice.
