I actually learned about paraliminals and Learning Strategies from another website that sells various technologies working with the conscious and unconscious/subconscious mind. They suggested using light and sound machines to "enhance" the paraliminals sessions.

I was curious to hear from anyone who might have tried this technique, or is still incorporating the machine in their sessions. Thanks!

Don't use the sound. Paraliminals have an entrainment soundtrack embedded. Adding one from a L&S device just creates unnecessary noise and can reduce the the effectiveness considerably.

If you want to use the light feature use a alpha to theta entrainment but bypass the sound from the device.
