I would be interested in knowing if anyone has fully recovered from symptoms due to allergy and asthma with SFQ?

Not personally, but typically any "problem" in the energy systems are symbolic of what your body-mind has accumulated (usually, unconsciously for the most part)

Sounds like a lung/upper respiratory "problem"

Points of interest(pun intended) would be base of the neck, back of the head, for-head. And open the middle of your forearm (which has to deal with the breathing system)

Just take a look in meditation, when you are fully relaxed...are any of these points slightly blocked or feel foggy/hazy, dense, etc?

Hope that helps you a point of origin. wink

Thanks Zakyrus for hitting the nail on the "head". There are definitely blockages in the back of the head and neck, possibly the forehead, and forearm area. Which meditation would you prefer for this purpose.

Hehe. How punny. I love it.

Do both, if you can, do one meditation in the morning, and one in the evening. If you only have time for one, Small Universe. Don't forget to add messages like "blockage is gone, completely healed" Because of energy frequency, a loving, positive message will "win" every time.
