Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Spring Forest Qigong Using Qigong on heart defect?

Hi all,

I've just bought the Qigong cds and dvd today and I'm looking forward to trying it out.

I found out about 8 years ago that I have a heart defect (bicuspid valve) and 3 years ago I was told that I will need a heart valve replacement which means I will have to go through open heart surgery. This is something which scares me deeply.

Does anyone know if Qigong can be used to help heart defects?

Oh yeah, definitely. Of course, while I could go into verbose detail, most of the answers are contained in the level 1. However, should you have follow up questions, feel free to ask them here.

Thanks for the reply Zakyrus. What is level 1? I haven't received my cd's yet, I'm assuming level 1 will come in the post :-).

Ah, level 1 is the the course, if you got dvds and the cd set, that's level 1.
