I've been using Paraliminals for over two years. During this time, I've come a long way in my learning. However, there is one thing that intrigues me the most about this technology.

Paraliminals are effective to the extent of our awareness of our own challenges, which draws me to the question: are there any courses that Learning Strategies offers or even Paraliminals that can faciliate such awareness in situations or goal-achieving endeavors where we're lacking the clarity we need to use Paraliminal technology most effectively.

Whenever I've hit the issue right on dime, I've returned completely renewed from a single Parliminal session, and the effects are so deep that I feel a positive energy around me long after the session has been over.

I would love to have more experiences like that more frequently.

Thank you very much for sharing your ideas.

Have a look at the Paraliminal Accelerator. You set a goal and then work on it for 40 days using at least one Paraliminal each day.

Also I'd use New Options Generator if I think I'm missing something.

Thank you, Alex. I do see your point with the New Option Generator. I can "see" my blind spots better whenever I listen to it.

Regarding Paraliminal Accelerator, I have a concern. I've had difficulties consistently making time everyday to do personal growth work, and I am afraid I won't be able to do a Paraliminal everyday, not to mention the coaching session. Does the program still work if I skip several days and resume, and do so frequently?

It would work better than not doing anything at all, The coaching in the Accelerator for the Paraliminals will give you insights whether you choose to listen to the recommended Paraliminal or not. It's a great technique to work on a goal for 40 days.

And you don't know, once you start you might just find you want to make time for it. That might be a goal in itself. It's a good way to learn about the Paraliminals.

Also if you think 40 days is too much consider 1 week with the Natural Brilliance course. The Paraliminals in that course are not available separately because the course teaches the 4 steps of Natural Brilliance and integrates them. That course expanded my comfort zone into what if I could thinking. It took hindsight to realise it though. When I finished the course I felt good but didn't seem to progress on the goals I was working on. I discovered I had other goals.

Alex, I really appreciate your insights. I've been contemplating them for several days. I also listened to the intro CD from the Accelerator. I also recently tried resuming listening to Holoysnc, but experienced debilitating anxiety and had to stop. I followed Dana Hanson's suggestion to listen to the Fourth Path Paraliminal for seven days consecutively, but I'm again experiencing anxiety as a result of following that suggestion. I must admit, however, that my session with the Fourth Path Paraliminal yesterday was quite mind-blowing since I blasted through many stuck states. I believe that's where the anxiety is coming from. When I listen to Anxiety-Free, my anxiety tends to become worse. I'm not sure what's the best way of coping with the upheaval I experience during spiritual awakenings.

I wouldn't use Anxiety Free if you're not sure what is causing the anxiety. If you can address it like pre-exam stress, pre-interview stress. Meeting people stress then yes I prefer Anxiety free for that.

Longer term issues life-style changes I prefer New History Generator.

And for those spiritual upheavals, I prefer a more calming Paraliminal like Self-Esteem Supercharger, Deep Relaxation or even Personal Genius Since they are Learning Experiences.

Thank you, Alex. I appreciate your insights regarding the use of Deep Relaxation, Personal Genius and Self-Esteem Supercharger for integrating learning experiences. It's a refreshing insight.

I didn't realize what a powerful session the Fourth Path Paraliminal offered. I am still recovering from a health point of view. I believe the mental and emotional healing will follow. It's been a busy week, but I plan to listen to the above Paraliminals to allow my other than conscious mind to process your suggestions, Dana's and other members of Learning Strategies. I believe I'll have a sense of clarity once I'm through.

Just out of curiosity, I've been wondering if Learning Strategies offers any products that would help me decide what foods to eat to boost brainpower and develop my personal genius.

Thank you.

We don't have that in our course list. If you're on our mailing list keep an eye out for our Did You Know newsletters. We often include recommendations that came to us from other sources through them.

In the mean time, what about just asking your body? That would turn on your intuition to what's right for you.

Alex... Thank you for your suggestions.

I needed some time to absorb and implement everything you said and I did.

I did tune into my intuition and discovered that what I needed most was the discipline of fasting and a diet rich in fruits and vegetables.

I discovered a new world in terms of mental focus and seem to be doing well on the weight side too.

I started the Paraliminal Accelerator and brainstormed my way through the Intro CD.

I ran into a roadblock, however.

Everyday, I played the Intro CD to achieve clarity on what goal to work on. In my case, I have plenty of goals, but I feel paralyzed thinking where to begin.

I am single, overweight, without friends, Mom needs my moral support...

From a mental health standpoint, I'm doing really well... I practice Spring Forest Qigong everyday (and have learnt to go into the emptiness at will) and enjoy unparalled support from my Paraliminals, especially New Option Generator and Personal Genius.

Challenge for me is time. I have a job that is extremely demanding on my time. I work weekdays and weekends. I can take short breaks in between because I work from home. I don't want to quit because the job is intellectually very rewarding. I attribute my accelerated personal growth to the demands of my job on my time, energy and intellect.

I want to achieve some clarity in my life. I want to find my soulmate, reach my ideal weight, earn enough money to support my lifestyle and give Mom a better lifestyle, find supportive friends, expand in my career, pursue my Master's degree, immigrate to North America...

Yet, when I sit down and reflect upon these goals, I don't know where to begin. By the time I've achieved any clarity, I've either ran out of time to implement my ideas because it's too late in the night or I do implement my ideas, but the chaotic events in my life have already reached a level where those ideas have become obsolete.

I run into dead ends with the personal growth programs I've purchased from Learning Strategies. Not that I haven't learnt anything. I've learnt a lot, but my life is still out of control. I must admit the Ultimate You is one program that works for me and continues to revolutionize my life. I am extremely grateful for the serenity, hope and inspiration that shines through me despite what keeps happening around me.

I was considering buying the Natural Brilliance course, but I'm not sure if I'll do any better considering what's it's been like so far with other programs. I just don't seem to finish any program because everything I learn seems to become obsolete half way through the program.

Please help me.

Karim,

Pick one thing. Make one thing your goal for the next 40 days and set that in motion, wither it's to drop x weight in that time or start socialising once a week to meet new people. Just pick one goal. Flip a coin, Heads yes and tails no. Notice the feeling as you flip the coin, if you were disappointed at the answer it means the other goal was more meaningful.

The funny thing is when you focus on one thing other things start falling into place.

I like to do the Clear Mind Bright Future goal setting program once or twice a year. It takes about 4 hours max to do. I do it in one sitting. First it challenges me to pick some goals and then pick one to start on for 30 days.

Work out what action steps you can take on one goal for the next 30 days. You don't lose the other goals.

You can also do pro / con advantages of working on it disadvantages. The Abundance For Life course has the 7 steps for working on a goal, ideal too for getting clear. Often things like, I have to lose weight before I can find my soul mate and I'd need enough money gets us stuck in a loop.

One thing I suggest is you go back and finish one of those programs you haven't finished. Start bringing some completion to your actions.

When you consider it you had the implied goal of doing a course and yet stopped just before finishing it. Notice that probably happens with most people something stops them from finishing a course, because it's obsolete, or taking too long or other things in life throwing us off the path. Yet that also happens to our other goals. One way to see goals through is to complete some of those started courses.

Consider why you took the course. What was your purpose, aspirations. Did you quit because you were almost there? I know some goals I've given up on just because if I reached them I'd be wondering what I'd be doing next with my life, because this isn't looking like I expected it too. And if I was wrong about that being what I wanted and if I reached it, what's next? Or maybe I don't really want it and how do I get out of it once I'm in.

It works much better if I do my pros and cons and check if the goals are my own.

Another interesting thing I learned was desires like, losing weight, having a soul mate, earning enough money to have x lifestyle... if I don't have these things I'm broken? Where, when, why, how did I pick up those goals. Would they really make me happy or do they only seem like things I want because I learned I should have these things and I should be unhappy if I don't? My truth? My goals have changed a lot since I looked at the pro / cons for taking action for them and uncovered why the goals unraveled for me. I could choose to change what importance I gave stuff, move it up in my list of values.

One thing I disliked about doing goals and getting started on it is most programs have you spending 100s of hours writing and journaling to tap your goals. I never had the time for that either. The breakthrough for me came with Clear Mind Bright Future. I don't always achieve the goals I wrote down but I wind up living with a much better focus of where I want to be next and why.

Alex
