Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Spring Forest Qigong Severe tingling hands during meditation

Hi,

While doing the small universe meditation recently I am getting tingling sensations in my hands which get more severe as the meditation goes on. Sometimes the tingling occurs in other parts of my body.

Is this okay? Has anyone else experience this?

According to the manual, tingling can occur. I get tingling sensations as well.
