Ever since beginning the active exercises, I have had a great deal of stiffness and tightness in my thigh muscles. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this and what they have done about it.

Relax a bit more when doing the exercises, especially if you notice you are becoming slightly tense while doing them.

Also, do Self Concentration a bit more since that meditation teaches you to relax each of the body parts before opening and clearing the channels.
