Kidney energy has a lot to do with the life force system of the body as well as the bone marrow(which has an impact on blood cell count).

Sword Fingers, 10,000 Palms, and especially Cloud Hands of Level2, and pretty much any Level1--though especially 7 Steps.

In addition to that...

Kidney energy is enhanced by the dark blue spectrum (or the frequency of 'wave-length' geometries of the "essence of the color dark blue" ...if that makes sense). It is also Yin and is charged up by Yin--so, you could visualize lots and LOTS of dark blue lightning coming from across the whole Universe and charging your energy to levels beyond what your current system, while simultaneously expanding your storage capacity.

You may suddenly get the feeling that you VERY POWERFUL, but with a sense of humbleness to it. Like a spark of Infinity, a thought-form of Divine Expression. Feel a great sense of joy and gratitude as you blend and route this energy through your being, and allow the yourself to upgrade (going beyond your perceived limits) and resonate with this exponential level of cosmic awareness.

Visualize some of this 'Joyful Energy' to be disturbed through your whole system, inside and outside of the bones, sinking into your marrow and observe as 'strand-like' energies of light are encoded into your marrow and 'upgrade' or transform the old energies that 'no longer work to max capacity' (they are not 'useless' for now their purpose is transformation) and visualize they are enhanced, producing a new level of blood cells that are composed of the vast energies that you have brought into your being.

Try that my friend...and see what happens. smile
