My home is constructed in the period 7 (1998) with a wide open ground floor for parking and storing items only. We stayed on the first floor. Last year (2011) we finished renovating the house my covering half of the ground floor with walls and making 3 new beautiful bedrooms and toilets on the ground floor. But we haven't have our living room downstairs. Our kitchen and living room are still upstairs. Will that be the "major renovation"?
If is so, that would make my house as a period 8 now.
