My favorite Active Exercise is Harmony of Universal Energy. Can I just do this one movement for entire time? Or do I need to rotate through all of them some time?
When I do Small Universe, I so often drop off to sleep and forget where I was. Which Channel I should push next and start at navel again and again. Would that lose the benefit of doing this exercise? Does any one have this problem falling to sleep when doing this exercise? How do you keep awake?
