No video that I'm aware of. Problem is people try to separate the page from the corner of the book.
Start with the index finger along the top edge, near the gutter (centre) of the book. Slide along the top edge to the corner and then pick up.
Toward the end of a book I can guarantee that pages will stick together. When that happens close the book turn it over and start flipping it upside down if you were flipping the right way up.
