Can you tell us how to use the ABC list for memorising.i have no clue!!!

It's taught in the Memory Optimizer home study course. It's similar to how you created the ABC anchorman list in the first place.

As we create our new lists, is it best to associate them to the numbers like the anchorman list? Or peg the new abc list to the anchorman list?

I've you've anchored them to the alphabet you anchored them to the numbers by default if you started with the anchorman list.
