I've been working some time now with the question of bright, compelling, exciting, fun, etc. future. I mean I would like to have such a future or something similar. (I had not fixed the idea of the future I want yet.)

I could not think me having such a future without great anxiety and asthma getting worse.

Well, now I can tell that I have worked with this question with the Belief paraliminal. The belief that I decided to install was:
" I will learn to live a life in which I expect good things happening to me. I will learn to live in a world in which I expect good things happening to me."

The wording of this belief has deep internal meaning to me. Also it made me smile happily, without the usual anxiety. I think I will add an annex that prepares me for the occasions if something undesirable happens to me.

Miracles happen as we speak... Purjo, I assume you are located in Finland, please check this out... I just met a person in London who have had asthma from birth. If you get interested, you can contact him and ask what he has done together with this wonderful information.

Thanks Eric, I will check the products. (Yes indeed, I am from Finland )

My asthma started when I was 34 years old, 9 years ago. I was told that if the asthma starts after teenage years it usually has a good prognosis. Right now I'm very optimistic. I've been without bronchodilators about a year, using corticosteroids only. Maybe someday I will learn how to live without them also? -purjo
