In IPM you have to choose some kind of 'energy leakage'. Not quite sure what this means? I cant think of any kind of 'leakage' in my life?

Also, I believe in IPM we choose a model who exemplifies what we want. Well the person who I believe has what I consider to be the perfect way of being would be James Bond. But I dont know if it makes sense to have him as a model. I dont think I could *ever* be like him, so it may be setting myself up for failure to think of someone who's sooo different than myself. Should I instead choose someone who's a bit more realistic?

Behaviours like procrastination, eating when you're not hungry, distracting yourself when you should be doing something, saying you'll try but don't actually do. Holding yourself back with negative self-talk. Everyone has energy leakages.

What aspect of James Bond do you want to personify? It's unrealistic to think you'll wake up saying "Bond, James Bond" His cool calm and collected persona can be adopted to the degree that your personality is already capable of just not exhibiting.

By the way " I dont think I could *ever* be ..." is a clue of energy leakage.
