Hello,

Sinds a short time I own 6 paralimal CD's. all of them have one or more sleeplearningtracks (track 3 and on some of them track 7 too). Does it have any added value when I listening to those tracks with headphones while doing other things like reading or watching TV?

Another question: in the booklet it is said that one have to wait for 20 minutes until one listen to another paraliminal. Why is that?

reactions would be appreciated

I wouldn't wear headphones listening to Paraliminals while watching TV. Reading I find it okay. Whether I get more value from it. Not always.

it taks about 20 minutes for your brain to integrate that data. And function at wakening brainwave. If you follow it too closely with another entrainment after a short coming out you can experience side effects like falling asleep, tiredness, headaches and other symptoms. Just enough to spoil your day but nothing long term.

May I ask you, Alex, what sleep learning CD's you're talking about?

The Paraliminals. They all have a track that can be used for sleep learning.
