Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Spring Forest Qigong Visualization

HI there. Had great results with SFQ practice , but still have some doubt in practicing. My doubts are about visualizing. Does anyone have any suggestion on how to visualize on each SFQ exercise? I dunno if i have to visualize myself in first person or seeing myself from outside in 'moving of yin and yang' , breathing of the universe , and joining of yin and yang. Thank you for any suggestion.

You can just drop the visualization if you want, I don't even visualize in my practice. Energy would still move even without visualization, just relax your mind and enjoy your practice!

If you have the Genius Mind course, there is a good "Visually Thinking" pamphlet in that course.

Instead of visualizing, use your strongersense. for example, you may be more tactile/kinesthetic and easily feel things.Feel the sensation what what is happening when doing what Chunyi is asking you to see. You may be more auditory - then follow along with the instructions, knowing that it is happening, what sound would/is it making?

As Master Lin says at times - If you are finding it difficult to visualize it, then imagine it. If you are having difficulty imagining it, pretend it's there.
