Hi There,
I have been using Paralimnal CDs for a while now. I have had some results but I have not had any life changing results yet. Its really frustrating as I know that Paralimnal have the power to make some major changes in my life :
I have the following CDs
Get around to it
New Behaviour Generator (I am still waiting)
Automatic Pilot
New History Generator
Instantatneous Personal Magnestism
Self Esteem Super Charger
Positive Relationships
Prosperity
Belief
Anxiety Free
Ideal Weight

My Goals :
# 1
I have a loving Relationship with my Ideal woman
# 2
I have financial Freedom (income of £5000 a month)

# 3 I have a fit and healthy Body

Now I understand it is not recommended to have a structured plan to listen to these CDs and you must listen to your heart and use whatever CD seems appropiate. However this is not working for me and I feel stuck.

My problems :

Few years ago I used to be very good at meeting beautiful girls, I used to approach girls almost anywhere and get their number, however even in those days I mostly used to only stay friends with girls I really desired . When I managed to find someone who fell in love with me I ended up marrying her and divorcing shortly after.

I have always loved women but now I am beginning to feel a lot of pain and resentful feelings towards them for hurting me in my past and not wanting relationship with me .Maybe I have a belief that I dont desreve to have intimate relationships with women I really desire ? May I don’t feel I am good enough. Maybe I have sabotages myself in the past as most of my relationships either lasted one date or ended up becoming only friends..

Now I lack confidence, I have gained weight and am very self concious. I find it very difficult to approach girls anymore, Its been months since I last approached someone, its been 8 months since I had a date. I feel
I am struggling to lose weight. My confidence level has further reduced dramtically due to the way I look. Even when I was ideal weight I always thought I was not attrative enough.

I have been procrastinating for a long time. I have found it very difficult to go out there and do things I enjoy where I can meet women...I am finding it difficult to start ..

Now I would like some kind of suggestion on how I achieve my goals. what CD should I listen to , and how often...in what order ?

I know Paralimnal work but I am finding it hard to listen to them in the right order, I feel overwhelmed and confused...Please help

I guess I would start with Ideal weight.

You've pointed out that your weight is a barrier to your self-esteem and it will probably affect how you feel about yourself around women. No matter waht you do it might stop you from moving ahead with the other goals. So getting the ball rolling ther can add a boost to the self-esteem and motivate you with the other goals.

With the losing weight goal be realistic. The Paraliminal sets a pace of 1% loss of your current body weight. That can be a slow pace. So you might need to use the Belief Paraliminal about sticking to a diet, being succcessful this time and after that the New Behaviour Generator. It's there on the Ideal Weight Paraliminal but a personal specific focus on your new eating choices won't hurt.

Use them as your focus on moving the weight. Focus on this for a month. If you are 200 pounds then in 4 weeks you would have lost about 6 maybe 7 pounds. Slow but steady. When that is happening you're ready to focus on Financial Freedom. (my next choice because I guess you would like to be somewhat set heading toward that goal when you socialise.) Use the Prosperity Paraliminal, set small and big goals, notice finding $1 on the street and appreciate little things like that as signs of your prosperity increasing. It makes it easier for the big goals to happen and remember small can happen in an instant the big projects might take a little longer to fit into your pigeonhole. Notice how the small things increases your current income. At this point you are working on your weight as needed and prosperity so you might also need to use Self-Esteem Supercharger. You'll know when you need it. Use it for a couple of days.

Again give it a month. It doesn't need to take that long but it's important to give yourself the space where you can be patient and persistent. And each important goal deserves one months individual attention, don't you think?

You might find the other Paraliminals help out here and there Automatic Pilot for staying motivated on that new project for increasing your income. Belief when you encounter some serious "I Can't... s" Or even New Behaviour Generator if you discover you need to have a new habit of getting up earlier to be noticed by the bosses that can give you a payrise.

They are hypophetical situations, just for example.

You might not need all the Paraliminals as described in that article. And I honestly didn't want to write for all the possible things that you might encounter as you use the Paraliminals.

My suggestion is make a starting point. Plan to work on it for a month to see reasonable progress. As you start building toward the goal you might need different tools (Paraliminals). You always have the forum to help you work out which one would be the best at that point.

For step #2, $5000 per month - do you have something set already that is not doing so well or are you in the process to set up some type of a business?

My weight is fine except for a few extra pounds around the stomach (used to be 155, then 150, now around 142). So I am thin, just the stomach I'm taking care of now. I'm using a trim body system which also helps to clean your system in the first 48 hours by recommending all liquid - 1 glass of protein shakes 6/7 times a day and 1 glass of water every other hour. After 2 days, you start by eating healthy. They have 2 very awesome DVDs that are exceptionally educational, fun and interesting. One of the thing the physician stresses is to start with PMA instead of negative thoughts. For example, don't think I need to lose some stupid pounds, but think you know what, I'll look so much better & reduce the chance of diseases just by eathing healthy and losing a few pounds. Also, put something visual. Like a nice looking pant that you'll start wearing as soon as you lose 2" - things like that and look at it every day in the morning & before going to bed. It is working awesome for me. And don't measure weight everyday, just believe you are getting healthier - measure once a week.

Thanks very much for your response. I agree with you that I need to focus on my weight goal. Currently I weight 155lbs and need to lose 15LBS around my belly to feel more confident. I can realistically lose 2 LBS a week (i.e. should take me around 2 months to lose my weight).

My Goal Part 1: Lose weight

In the first 3 days I will start with listening to get around to it and automatic pilot daily to over come procrastination and any self sabotaging. I will then maybe listen to Paraliminal as suggested in Ideal Mindset for one week to build a solid foundation. Maybe then I can then start by listening to Ideal Weight control daily for one month in the morning, in the evening I will listen to Self Esteem Super charger for one week, prosperity for another week. After one month I would have lost enough weight to feel more confident..

As now I have good foundation, better body and more confident. I can focus on attracting my ideal relationship:


My Goal Part 2: attract Relationships
I listen to Ideal Mindset: this time focusing on relationships: then

One day to three days: Get around to it, .To get myself to take Action
Four to Six Days: Automatic Pilot, to overcome sabotaging my relationships to become only friends.
Seven to Nine days: New Behaviour Generator: Work on new behaviour, i.e. more confident in my approach and how I behave on dates.
Ten to Twelve Days: Belief : Overcome my belief I am not good enough and have a positive new belief.
Thirteen to Fifteen Days: Anxiety Free; now I am ready with confident, I need to overcome my anxiety when I am approaching/on date
Sixteen to Eighteen days: Prosperity: Instantaneous Personal Magnetism: Attract relationships
Nineteen to Twenty Two: Positive Relationship: now I work on creating and maintaining healthy relationships.


I know this is very structured plan but I think this will help me listen regularly and stop me becoming overwhelmed. What do you think ?

Try it and see. Be prepared to change the plan as you go. Remember everything is just an experience you can't really fail.
