In the booklet says to listen to sessions A and B for each behavior that we want to change or acquire. Are these sessions to be listened just once for each goal?

Often once is enough. Sometimes different aspects show up after the first listening. Then listen again.

It always helps to step back from time to time and see what you got from your effort. So listen once, what what the outcome is and then decide whether you need to listen again.
