Hi!
I have ADD ( attention deficit disorder) and am taking Ritalin.
I have serious problems with concetration so I actually need the medication. I was wondering if Ritalin would have any negative effects on my ability to photoread and whether I should discontinue taking it to achive greater success with PRing.
Ritalin is a stimulant and it gives you more energy, but at the same time let's you focus much better, but because of the stimulative effect, maybe it messes up my alpha state thus compromising PRing. So is it okay to be on Ritalin while PRing or not????
