Hi,
Paul Sheele mentioned in Gap Management audio about remembering something is a process of reconstruction. Often times, we cannot remember, for example, a name was because the quality of original construction was not good.
Paul suggested "going back to the construction" to improve memory.
What if we cannot meet that people again to construct their names?
Is there a strategy to reconstruct a memory that was not built in good quality at the first place?
Thanks,
Jeff
