1. 7 minutes not 20

2. Write enough not more.

3. Well you can activate that way... throw away the first 3 pages. Anything after that good stuff and you'll start activating at that point.

Did you mean never go over 20 minutes per activation layer (activation layer time) or 20 minutes doing a just a mind map?

That instruction is relevant to both actually. After 20 minutes the brain is in a memory access / retention low.
