At the beginning of Session B of Ideal Weight, the user is asked to think of a situation around eating that has been a problem, and how they would like to behave in that situation. I can think of at least 4 clear situations to use for this.

The booklet that came with the CD says to listen to session A one day and session B the next day for at least a week, then listen to each session once or twice a week until I achieve my ideal weight.

Should I pick one problem situation to focus on for session B and stay with it until it is no longer a problem, then start over again with the next situation? Or should I focus on one problem situation for one week, the next situation the next week...? Or maybe one problem situation one session the next situation the next session... ?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Try one problem each time you come to the listening session. It doesn't need to be the same one each time, nor does it need to be a different one each time. Like planting seeds. You water them from time to time and some need more water sooner than other. So your attention can cycle through the problems was you think of them. Chances are you'll notice some personal growth in that area and are ready for more.

There is definately no need to focus on only one problem during the week and you can, if you want, continue to listen in the same pattern for more than a week.

Hi Everyone - have just reached my IDEAL WEIGHT

I found the experience of listening relaxing, & best of all, no mention was made of "keep fit" classes!

Thanks for such a 'positive diet' that was so easy to follow.

Kind regards

Caitie
