Hi all,

After photo-focusing, that is precisely after finishing flipping the pages. I closed my eyes, to master a nice finishing. At this very moment, there are wave of currents or chills which I feel going through my entire body.

The books which I Photo-read for the second time, gives me much more of these sensations. And then marginally reduces as I PR it more often.

Last week, I read this one book (Bhagwat Gita), after PR it, my head felt heavy. All I did was to reach home and hit the bed. The next day didn't quite feel the heaviness.

This sensation is quite common, whether its a book or my PC screen (for PR).

I was wondering of other here had such an experience.

If anybody could explain me what this is?

You're getting used to taking in information with a different brainwave. The experience can also mean you need to drink more water.

Remember to breathe and remember to blink while PhotoReading.

I had a similar experience when I did my first PR. Instantly felt a heaviness in my head or..tension.
