I suffered a lot of abuse as a child and young adult. Now in my forties, I still struggle with depression and PTSD. Getting up in the morning takes gargantuan effort. Last night I finally sprung for a queen size bed, since I've been sleeping on a twin, and I placed four sets of ying yang colors in their appropriate colors around my bedroom. This morning I woke up enthusiastic and not filled with with sadness and dread like usual. I can "see" these things really are spinning positive energy into my room. It feels so much brighter in here. Amazing! Antidepressants were useless when I tried them back in the day. I guess I needed colors and a compass.

Hi Lynnnriver!

That's absolutely wonderful! Good on you! It's so inspirational to hear of your successes!

Which colours did you chose?

Lots of love,
Astrid
